Abstract

Inventia se refera la un platou divizor cu axa verticala, avînd un numar determinat de pozitii de divizare, destinat pozitionarii pieselor fixate, în vederea frezarii, pe partea rotativa a platoului. în scopul realizarii unei constructii robuste simple si ieftine, cu exploatare si întretinere usoara, platoul divizor este format din doua semiplatouri, unul inferior si celalalt superior rotativ care au în partea lor frontala cîte un canal circular care este umplut complet cu un numar de bile identice, asigurate împotriva caderii si a rotirii fata de canal, bilele din canalele celor doua semiplatouri nefiind în contact în timpul executarii divizarii si întrepatrunse pentru a realiza fixarea semiplatoului rotativ fata de cel fix, dupa ce s-a executat divizarea. Pasul divizarii este egal cu diametrul bilelor de rulment alese. Platoul divizor are un cost scazut datorita micsorarii numarului de repere, înlaturarii din procesul tehnologic a unor operatii executate pe masini-unelte speciale, folosirii bilelor de rulment obisnuite care sunt executate în productia de masa la întreprinderi specializate, asamblare usoara, etc.The invention relates to a vertical divider plate having a determined number of dividing positions for positioning the fixed parts for milling on the rotary side of the plate.
