Abstract
Inventia se refera la un electrolit pentru depuneri galvanice de aliaj staniu-plumb pe terminalele componentelor electronice (din sîrma sau alte profile) cu performante calitative deosebite. Electrolitul, conform inventiei, realizeaza depuneri de aliaj staniu-plumb cu capacitate foarte buna de lipire structura microcristalina compacta si uniforma. Electrolitul contine, fluoborat de staniu solutie 49...50% (300...400 cm3/l), fluoborat de plumb solutie 50% (100...110 cm3/l), acid fluoboric solutie 49...50% (100...150 cm3/l), acid boric 5...10 g/l, gelatina 1...5 g/l, derivati ai benzaldehidei (de exemplu 3-metoxi-4-hidroxibenzenaldehida) 0,01...0,8 g/l polietilenglicol 0,1...8g/l. Electrolitul nu contine adaosuri nocive din punct de vedere al protectiei apelor sau muncii, prezentînd stabilitate în exploatare. Depunerile de aliaje staniu-plumb obtinute prin procedeul ce face obiectul inventiei, se folosesc pentru protectia sîrmei de uz electronic (fi 0,4...1,0 mm) a terminalelor si componentelor electronice (de exemplu: grile, coase, capse, inele pentru condensatori, nituri, punti, tranzistori, etc).
