Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un procedeu de hidrogenoliza a dietilenglicolului, discontinuu sau continuu, prin clivajul selectiv al dietilenglicolului la legatura covalenta carbon-oxigen si independent la legatura covalenta carbon-oxigen si independent la legatura covalenta carbon-carbon, la temperatura de reactie cuprinsa între circa 125 degree C si 250 degree C si presiunea cuprinsa între circa 18 kg/cm2 si 140 kg/cm2, prin care, în scopul obtinerii a cel putin unuia dintre monoetilenglicolmonometileter,monoetilenglicol si etanol cu un debit de minimum 10 mol/kg catalizator si ora sau cu selectivitatea de circa 95 % molar pentru monoetilenglicolmonometileter, se utilizeaza în proportie de 0,01...50% raportata la greutatea totala a amestecului de reactie, o compozitie de catalizator aleasa dintre 0,5...5% ruteniu si 10...65% nichel cu sau fara promotor pentru cresterea activitatii catalitice în prezenta sau absenta unui suport de catalizator.
