Abstract
Procedeul de obtinere a fluorurii de aluminiu, conform inventiei,prmite o reducere a fazelor si a consumului de energie pentru care, cantitatea de vapori de apa ce trece în timpul calcinarii pentru fluorura de lauminiu de calcinat se afla într-un raport cuprins între 0,1:1 si 0,75:1 fata de cantitatea de flourura de aluminiu alimentara în acelasi timp, iar vaporii de apa formati la calcinare se mentin în instalatia de calcinare cît mai concentrati, acestia fiind evacuati numai prin miscarea naturala a gazelor. în acest caz, unul din parametrii, temparatura de calcinare T în OK, concentratia vaporilor de apa din atmosfera de deasupra materialului de calcinat la temperatura T, în vol. % (A) si raportul cantitatii de produs calcinat într-o unitate de timp determinata si vantitatea de vapori de apa trecuta în aceasi unitate de timp, este legat de ceilalti, rezultînd factorul de hidroliza B, care trebuie tinut la valoarea 5.10 la minis cinci, sau chiar mai jos. în mod preferabil valoarea factorului de hidroliza nu trebuie sa treaca de 2,50.10 la minus 5. Asa cun se vede din relatia de mai sus, pentru obsinerea unei hidrolize minime, trebuie mentinuta cît mai jos posibil, nu numai temperatura cît si raportul dintre cantitatea de vapori de apa si cantitatea de florura de ali'uminiu. Dar, concentratia vaporilor de apa trebuie cauzata, în nici un caz de vapori de apa din exterior, deoarece raportul vapori de apa/florura de aluminiu ca creste si deci hidroliaza va fi favorizata.
