Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru calirea prin curenti de inductie a pieselor cilindrice lungi, în special a suruburilor cu bile pe contur utilizate la masinile unelte, permitînd atît o uniformizare a adîncimii stratului calit, cît si calirea suruburilor cu lingimi mari. Instalatia pe lînga elem'ntele cunoscute ca generatorul, transformatorul de adpatare si inductorul mai cuprinde un cadru suport pe care se poate deplasa, în timpul calirii, atît surubul respectiv cît ti un sistem de antrenare a surubului în miscare de rotatie. Abaterile de la coaxialitate sînt preluate si corectate de niste linete amplasate tot pe cadrul suport.
