Abstract

Prezenta inventie este complementara la inventia cuprinsa în brevet RSR 80694 si se refera la o freza deget profilata cu dinti demontabili fixati mecanic, destinata prelucrarii danturii rotilor cilindrice de modul mare si a altor suprafete profilate. Freza este formata dintr-un corp profilat, prevazut cu canale axiale periferice amplasate excentric fata de axa de simetrie. Corpul profilat al frezei este prevazut cu o suprafata circulara de rezemare, conica, înclinata cu un unghi fata de axa frezei, orientata spre coada acesteia, în care se pozitioneaza prin intermediul unor suprafete paralele cu axa frezei, niste dinti-lama, prevazuti la partea a cu cîte un pinten conjugat cu suprafata de rezemare si la partea posterioara cu o suprafata conica exterioara pe care preseaza un manson conic.The present invention is complementary to the invention disclosed in the patent RSR 80694 and relates to a mechanically fixed, toothed tooth cutter for machining the tooth of large-diameter cylindrical wheels and other profiled surfaces.
