Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru executarea unor valturi masive din fornta cu fusuri, turnate prin turnare centrifugala orizontala, pentru fabricarea tablei si otelurilor în profiluri cu dimensiuni mici. Prin divizarea întregii cavitati a formei si prin umplerea cu decalare în timp a acestor zone individuale, care rezulta din acesta divizare, contractia lichida se influenteaza în mod dirijat si se evita tensiunea de încoviere la trecerile dintre fusurile si corpul valtului. Valturile pot fi executate în conformitate cu acest procedeu variindu-se dupa dorinta orice calotate de fonta, corespunzator cerintelor.The invention relates to a process for the execution of heavy roller bearings with spindles, cast by horizontal centrifugal casting, for the manufacture of sheet and steels in small profiles.
