Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru fabricarea proteinelor furajere prin biosinteza pe substrat de deseuri vegetale, la care, în scopul crearii unui furaj cu continut ridicat de proteine, se recolteaza o proba de sol de 10...30g din mai multe locuri aflate într-o zona de descompunere a deseurilor de cartofi si fasole, se fac probe de cîte 10 g, care se amesteca cu 150 cm3 apa, se lasa în repaus 48 h, dupa care supernatantul se recolteaza, aereaza si agita cu ajutorul unei pompe mamut în care se introduce si o cantitate de 0,5 g deseuri de cartofi si substante biogene, în raportul (vezi formula) iar dupa verificarea repetata prin analiza chimica a metabolizarii amidonului se retin acele populatii care metabolizeaza complet substratul din proba si se utilizeaza inocul în bazinele de fermentare în care se introduce: pasta de cartofi în mod treptat, (pasta obtinuta dupa spalarea cartofilor prin razuire, fierberea si racirea la 27 degree C) a uni filuant ca de exemplu apa industriala, astfel încît sa se realizeze o umiditate de 90...95% si a unui corector al pH-ului, încît acesta sa fie adus la valoarea 6...7,5 biomasa rezultata în fermentator este separata timp de 3h si apoi coagulata cu acid fosforic sau centrifugata, crema de fermentatie uscîndu-se si macinîndu-se sub forma de pulbere.
