Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de formare a maselotierelor exoterme, destinate turnarii pieselor din materiale feroase sau neferoase, pentru a asigura obtinerea unei structuri omogene si lipsite de defecte de turnare. Delimitarea celor doua straturi se face cu ajutorul unui cilindru de tabla care este scos trepatat în timpul umplerii si vibrarii formalor turnate. Maselotierele obtinute, reprezinta caracteristici fizice (densitate aparenta, porozitate aparenta, rezistenta la compresiune) îmbunatatite si constante.
