Abstract
Inventia se refera la curatirea metalelor neferoase ductile, pentru a fi deformate într-un dispozitiv de deformare plastica continua, în care partile de suprafata ale metalului ce urmeaza a fi deformat nu formeaza efectiv parti din suprafata metalului, dupa deformarea respectiva. Solutia tehnica prevede, stropirea metalului cu un agent de dezoxidare si curatire printr-o operatie în flux continuu, în timpul deplasarii catre dispozitivul de deformare si sincron cu acesta. Stropirea se efectueaza directionînd jeturi puternice de lichid pe suprafata metalului în miscare. Agentul de stropire îl reprezinta alcalii puternice, iar pentru unele tipuri de aliaje exista înca o treapta de stropire, folosind un acid cum ar fi o solutie puternica de acid azotic în apa. în timp ce se deplaseaza catre dispozitivul de deformare, metalul este apoi clatit cu apa si uscat.
