Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru inhibarea polimerizarii olefinelor si diolefinelor în procesele de separare din instalatiile de piroliza si instalatiile de obtinere a izoprenului din fractia C5 de piroliza, în care se utilizeaza ca inhibatorde polimerizare un amestec de sec-butilfenoli, avînd compozitia: 0...20% în greutate g osecbutilfenol, 0...20% în greutate m+p-sec -butilfenol, 5...45% în greutate 2,4 di-sec-butilfenol, 15...60% în greutate 2,6-di-secbutilfenol, 0...50% în greutate 2,4,6-tri-sec-butilfenol, care rezulta ca subprodus în procesul de fabricare a o-sec-butilfenolului, inhibitorul de polimerizare introducîndu-se la fazele de compresie, depropanizare, separarea fractie C5 preconcentrare izopren, concentrare izoprenprin distilare extractiva, purificare izopren, precum si la depozitarea materiilor prime si a fluxurilor intermediare si finale, în cantitate de 25...4800 mg/l.The invention relates to a process for the inhibition of olefin and diolefin polymerisation in separation processes from pyrolysis plants and isoprene producing installations from the C5 pyrolysis fraction in which a mixture of sec-butylphenols is used as a polymerization inhibitor, having the composition: ... 20% by weight of osecbutylphenol, 0-20% by weight of m + p-sec-butylphenol, 5-45% by weight of 2,4-sec-butylphenol, 15-60% 2,6-di-sec-butylphenol, 0-50% by weight of 2,4,6-tri-sec-butylphenol, resulting as a byproduct in the o-sec-butylphenol manufacturing process, the polymerization inhibitor being introduced at stages of compression, depropanization, separation of C5 isoprene preconcentration fraction, isoprene extractive distillation concentration, isoprene purification, as well as storage of raw materials and intermediate and final streams in the amount of 25 ... 4800 mg / l.
