Abstract

Procedeul de extractie a elementelor utile din catalizatori metalici uzati tip Mo-Co-Bi-Ni-Fe- pe suport de silice proveniti de la fabricarea acrilonitrilului, conform inventiei, prevede calcinarea temperaturii cuprinse între 400...600 degree C, urmata de lesierea carbo-amoniacala pentru solubilizarea Mo, Ni, Co, si tratarea în continuare a rezidului insolubil cu HNO3 pentru solubilizarea Fe si Bi si separarea silicei, dupa care solutia carbo-amoniacala cu continut de Mo, Ni, Co se descompune termic pentru recuperarea amoniacului si bioxidului de carbon si precipitarea cantitativa a Ni si Co si partiala a molibdenului dupa care precipitatul se aduce în contact cu acid azotic concentrat în vederea separarii nichelului si cobaltului sub forma de azotati solubili.
