Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru recuperarea proteinelor din apele reziduale rezultate din industria alimentara, care consta în aceea ca în scopul obtinerii unui produs cu calitati furajere superioare, utilizeaza ca reactiv de precipitare a proteinelor, lignosulfonatul de calciu, precipitarea avînd loc în prezenta acidului sulfuric, la un pH cuprins între 2,5 si 4, de preferinta 3, lignoproteina astfel formata separîndu-se prin procedee în sine cunoscute.The invention relates to a process for the recovery of proteins in waste water from the food industry, which consists in the use as a protein precipitating reagent of calcium lignosulphonate, precipitation taking place in the presence of acid, in order to obtain a product with higher fodder qualities sulfuric acid at a pH of between 2.5 and 4, preferably 3, the lignoprotein thus formed being separated by known methods.
