Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie de alimentare cu fonta lichida a cuptoarelor cu inductie folosite la mentinerea si supraîncalzirea fontei lichide, în vederea turnarii pe liniile de formare-turnare din turnatoriile de fonta. Instalatia, conform inventiei, introduce fonta lichida direct în baia de fonta din cuptorul cu inductie, prin intermediul unei pîlnii cu jgheab lung, articulata la un cadru de sustinere în consola format din doua brate mobile a caror rotire este conditionata de un grup de roti dintate, astfel încît, datorita raportului dintre lungimile bratelor, sensul de rotire si raportul unghiurilor lor de rotire, punctul de articulatie al pîlniei cu cadrul mobil descrie o linie dreapta, necesara introducerii si scoaterii pîlniei din cuptor.The invention relates to a liquid iron casting installation of induction furnaces used to maintain and overheat the liquid iron for casting on the casting-casting lines of the casting foundries.
