Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unui concentrat pe baza de proteine din oase, care comporta urmatoarele faze: maruntirea si triturarea oaselor pîna la atingerea unor dimensiuni maxime de 10...20 cm, hidroliza oaselor maruntite sub presiune, cu ajutorul vaporilor de apa la 120...140 degree C, prin cel putin doua trepte, obtinîndu-se doup faze de extract; uscarea rezidului solid obtinut la hidroliza si macinarea finala pîna la finetea dorita.
