Abstract
Inventia se refera la un produs de antistatizare pentru fibre chimice pe baza de fosfor, precum si la procedeul de obtinere a acestor produse. Produsele conform inventiei se obtin printr-un procedeu de sinteza în doua trepte, în prima treapta realizîndu-se sinteza de esteri etoxilati, utilizînd drept materii prime acizi grasi de forma CnH2n+1-COOH) si poliglicoli [HC-(CH2-CH2-O)n-H]. în treapta a doua se realizeaza sinteza compusilor de fosfor prin reactia esterilor etoxilati cu POCl3 sau PCl3. The invention relates to an antistatic product for phosphorus-based chemical fibers, as well as to the process for obtaining these products. The products according to the invention are obtained by a two-step synthesis process, in the first step, synthesis of ethoxylated esters using fatty acids of the form CnH2n + 1-COOH) and polyglycols [HC- (CH2-CH2- O) n H]. in the second step the synthesis of phosphorus compounds is carried out by reaction of ethoxylated esters with POCl3 or PCl3.
