Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru prepararea unor lacuri cu întarire la cald, diluabile cu apa, conform caruia un amestec constituit din 5...35%, de preferinta 10...25% în greutate rasina epoxidica solida la temperatura camerei, 2...20% de preferinta 5...12% în greutate rasina cationica sau rasina pe baza de hidrocarburi ciclice cu cel putin 5 atomi de carbon 15...60%, de preferinta 30...55% în greutate rasina cationica, sub forma de solutie sau dispersie cu un continut de substanta solida de 10...50% în greutate, si anume rasina aminoepoxidica cationica modificata cu uretan, 5...30%, de preferinta 15...25% în greutate agent de reticulare solid la temperatura camerei, de preferinta de tip poliizocianata si, eventual, pîna la 73% de preferinta pîna la 40% în greutate pigmenti si/sau substante auxiliare, se macina continuu în mai multe trepte, din care cel putin o treapta în prezenta apei pîna la la o marime a particulei sub 15 miu m, de preferinta sub 5 miu m si apoi se dilueaza cu apa pîna la un continut în substante de 1...30% în greutate, de preferinta 10...20%.
