Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la o tehnologie la o tehnologie de realizare a unei protectii cu rezistenta chimica, caracterizata prin aceea ca se imerseaza piesa de protejat, preîncalzita uniform, la temperatura de 280...350 degree C, într-un pat fluidizat depulbere de fluorura de poliviniliden-grund modificata cu F2O3 1%, cu dimensiunile particulelor de 30...90 miu, interval de topire 175...181 degree C, apoi de 2...4 ori succesiv într-un pat fluidizat de pulbere de fluorura de poliviniliden-strat de acoperir e cu dimensiuni ale particulelor de 30...90miu si interval de topire de 175...200 degree C, dupa care se sinterizeaza la temperatura de 250.270 degree C, timp de 30...40 min, se raceste lent pîna la 180 degree C cu mentinerea timp de 2-3h la aceasta temperatura, urmata de racirea brusca în apa.
