Abstract
Inventia se refera la un aparat portabil pentru masurarea nedistructiva a straturilor subtiri depuse pe suport metalic, format dintr-o sonda de excitatie ce include o bobine a carei pozitie este determinata printr-o piesa culisabila, trei bile dispuse circular la 120 degree si un arc, bobina comandînd un convertor urmat de un detector din calea de masura, în paralel fiind prevazuta cu cale de simulare a lipsei depunerii formata dintr-un atenuator uremat de un detector, ambele cai fiind alimentate de la un generator de semnal dreptunghiular, stabilizat printr-un amplificator-limitator si un integrator stabilizator de amplitudine, iar semnalele de iesire sunt aplicate unui comparator prevazut cu reglaj zero urmat de un amplificator de curent continuu cu etalonarea si de un aparat de masura analogic.
