Abstract
Inventia se refera la un dop din material termoplastic pentru recipiente de vin, constituit dintr-un miez expandat si un învelis impermeabil la lichid, acoperit cu o pelicula de lubrifiant siliconic, materialul termoplastic fiind un copolimer de etilena/acetat de vinil, continutul în acetat de vinil, continutul în acetat de vinil fiind de 10...25%. Dopurile se obtin prin turnare prin injectie, compozitia de turnare fiind formata din copolimeri de etilena/acetat de vinil si un agent de suflare, constituit din bicarbonat de sodiu si metabisulfit de sodiu, care, la temperatura de turnare, se descompune formînd SO2 vapori de apa si CO2 si care determina expandarea amestecului cînd acesta este turnat în forma.
