Procedeu de obtinere a solutiei Giemsa, reactiv analitic special, utilizat în microscopie, caracterizat prin aceea ca albastrul de metilen, azurul I si eozina, în raport în greutate de 2:2:3 se dizolva într-un litru de amestec format din alcool metilic tehnic si glicerina tehnica, în raport de aproximativ 0,6:0,4 în volum, amestecul astfel obtinut se mentine sub agitare 48h la temperatura mediului ambiant, care asigura conservarea colorantilor, iar în final solutia limpede obtinuta se filtreazasi se utilizeaza ca atare.
