Abstract
Inventia se refera la un preamestec armat pentru presare pe baza de rasini poliesterice care consta în aceea ca în scopul asigurarii unei viscozitati de circa 1500-3500 cPs, precum si a unor proprietati fizico-mecanice si de prelucrare îmbunatatite este constituit din 100 parti în greutate rasina poliesterica nesaturata sub forma de solutie în monomeri vinilici, la parti în greutate rasina poliesterica nesaturata sub forma de solutie în monomeri vinilici la parti în greutate flexibilizator reprezentat de pudreta de polietilena sau de copolimer acrilonitril-butadiena-stiren, 0,5....5 parti în greutate agenti de chelatizare alesi dintre oxid de magneziu si licat de calciu, 1.....2 parti în greutate initiatori de polimerizare alesi dintre peroxid de benzare alesi dintre peroxid de benzoil peroxid de metil-etil-cetona, 0....15 parti în greutate plastifiant ales dintre dibutilftalat, cauciuc natural 1...30 parti în greutate filer, reprezentat de pudreta de lemn cu dimensiunea 16....45 niu si agenti de armare alesi dintre fibre de sticla de metal sau de azbest raportul între amestecul de rasini si materialul de armare fiind de 1:1....3:1.
