Inventia se refera la un material de protectie si decorare a elementelor de constructie, destinat finisarii la exterior a constructiilor. materialul de protectie si decorare a elementelor de constructie, conform inventiei, este constituit dintr-un grund de îmbinare format din 18-30% în greutate copolimer vinilic în solutie, obtinut prin polimerizarea în solvent organic de tip ester a 10-80% în greutate acetat de vinil cu 30-20% în greuate dibutilmaleat, cu 8-12% în greutate solvent organic fractie alofatica cu interval de distilare cuprins între 165 si 200 degree C si cu 62-70% în greutate solvent organic aromatic, cum ar fi toluen, xilen, si o compozitie peliculogena formata din :25-50% în greutate rasina acrilostirenica în disporsie apoasa constituita din produsul reactiei de copolimerizare radiala în dispersie de 40-90% în greutate esteri acrilici sau metacrilici ai unui alcool monohidroxilic cu C1-C20, cu 1-20% în greutate alti monomeri vinilici alesi dintre stiren sau vinil toluen, 25-50% în greutate pasta de pigment organic sau anorganic formata din 25-45% în greutate pigment organic sau anorganic, 5-20% adjuvanti, 10-45% în greutate agenti de coalescenta si de etasare si 0-25% în greutate apa.
