Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru protectia împotriva depunerii de parafina a unei bucati de material tubular, care intra în alcatuirea unei garnituri de tevi de extractie sau a unei conducte prin care este vehiculat titei parafinos. Procedeul conform inventiei este caracterizat prin aceea ca, pe suprafata interioara a unei bucati de material tubular, sunt depuse unul sau doua straturi, avînd o grosime de 50...70 miu dupa depunerea fiecarui strat si expunerea lui la aer, urmînd introducerea bucatii respective într-un cuptor, la o tenmperatura de 80...120 degree C, în care este mentinuta timp de 0,2...0,5h, în functie de valoarea temperaturii, în conditiile în care este rotita lent si continuu pîna cînd rasina devine suficient de vîscoasa, dupa care bucata nu mai este rotita, fiind mentinuta în continuare în cuptor timp de 1...3h, iar în final, bucata de material tubular este introdusa din nou în cuptor, la o temperatura de 130...240 degree C, fiind mentinuta la aceasta temperatura timp de 24...0,5h.
