Abstract
Preparatul topic indicat în mastopatii benigne, pe baza de progesteron si fenilbutazona, reprezinta un medicament cu indicatii în patologia mamara benigna si profilactic, în prevenirea modificarilor vasculare si tisulare provocate de un deficit local de progesteron la nivelul sînilor. Compozitia medicamentoasa este constituita din: 1...1,5% progesteron, 4...5% fenilbutazona, 20...30% propilenglicol, 5...10% alcool cetilic, 0,5...1% laurilsulfat de sodiu, 5...10% parafina lichida, 0,01...0,025% p-hidroxibenzoat de propil, 8...10% vaselina, 0,5...0,7% parfum si apa distilata pîna la 100.
