Abstract

Inventia se refera la o metoda radioimunoanaliza pentru diagnosticul precoce al gestatiei, ce consta în faptul ca se extrage progesteronul din lapte într-un solvent constituit din alcool metilic absolut, alcool etilic absolut, apa distilata, acid acetic glacial si fluoresceina, dupa care progesteronul extras se amesteca cu un amestec format din tampon fosfat, ser de cal, lipsit de progesteron si anticorpi antiprogesteron la care se adauga apoi solutie de progesteron 125I, se mentine la temperatura camerei si apoi la 4...6 degree C, se precipita apoi cu solutie de sulfat de amoniu, se centrifugheaza si se citeste radioactivitatea precipitatului obtinut.
