Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu pentru obtinerea unor rasini de tip acrilic, destinate fabricarii vopselelor si adezivilor aplicati pe suporturi minerale, care, în scopul asigurarii unei stabilitati le depozitare, unor caracteristici fizico-mecanice si a unei rezistente la intemperii îmbunatatite se copolimeriozeaza cu un ester (met) acrilic ales dintre (met) acrilat de metil, etil, butil, izobutil, hexil si 2-etilhexil sau amestecul acestora cu (met)acrilat de glicidil în raport de 96:4 pîna la 70:30% în greutate, în prezenta de toluen, initiator peroxidic ales dintre peroxid de tertbutil în proiportie de 0,5...4% si regulator de catena tertdodecil mercaptan în proportie de 0,1...5% în greutate raportat la total monomeri, la temperatura de reflux a solventului, pîna la atingerea unei conversii finale de minimum 98%, copolimerul rezultat reactionînd în continuare cu acid acrilic în proportie de 2...20% în greutate raportat la total monomer, în prezenta unei hidrochinone ca inhibitor, în proportie de 100...1000 ppm raportat la acidul nesaturat, si a unui catalizator bazic specific pentru deschiderea ciclului oxiranic de tip amine, fosfine sau arsine tertiare aromatice în proportie de 0,2...2% raportat la acrilatul de glicidil, la temperatura de reflux a solventului, pîna la atingerea unui indice de aciditate de maximum 5 mg KOH/g, dupa care solventul este îndepartat prin distilare în vacuum, înlocuit cu un amestec de esteri (met)acrilici si monomeri hidrocarbonati ca, de exemplu, stiren si viniltoluen, iar rasina astfel obtinuta este preaccelerata cu 0,5...5% un amestec de polimeri polisulfidici si amine tertiare în raport de 100 la 1 la
