Abstract
Inventia se refera la o metoda spectrofometrica pentru determinarea continutului substantelor grase rezultate din lîna spalata prin vopsirea probelor cu coloranti liposolubili, desorbtie cu eter de petrol si fotometrare în care se efectueaza vopsirea cu coloranti C.I. 12055, în paralel cu o proba în continut cunoscut de substante grase, care, dupa desorbtie este supusa dilutiilor succesive în eter de petrol, în scopul trasarii unei curbe etalon.
