Abstract
Unventia se refera la un procedeu continuu de polimerizare în emulsie a clorurii de vinil, în prezenta de emulgatori cu initiere termochimica în sistem de initiere redox si consta în aceea ca, în scopul obtinerii latexului cu particule mari destinatdupa uscare prepararii plastisolilor emulgatorul este dozat de înaltimea unei autoclave de tip coloana, în doua sau mai multe trepte ,din care prima portie în cantitate de 5....50% se introduce odata cu apa de emulsie în partea superioara a autoclavei iar urmatoarele portii se introduc prin niste conducte în interiorul autoclavei la diferite intervale situate fata de fundul coloanei la înaltimea de 2/3, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 în cazul utilizarii sistemului de initiere redox componenta activatorului se introduce odata cu portia a 2-a a emulgatorului.
