Abstract
Inventia se refera la o instalatie pentru fabricarea buteliilor de înalta presiune , folosite ca acumulatoare pneumohidraulice pentru masini-unelte butelii pentru aparate de scufundare, butelii pentru oxigen bioxid de carbon, etc. Instalatia conform inventiei este alcatuita dintr-un dispozitiv de alimentare care împinge semifabricatul o teava debitata la o lungime prestabilita pe un transportor într-o bucsî de ghidare si de sustinere unde este fixata cu ajutorul unui dispozitiv hidraulic de strîngere. Douî arzatoare automate încalzesc capetele semifabricatului în timp de aceasta este rotit de un dispozitiv de rotire. Regimul de încalzire este controlat de un termostat nefigurat care, la atingerea temperaturii prestabilite comanda actionarea a douî grupuri de dispozitive de ogivare. Ogivarea simultana a ambelor capete ale semifabricatului face ca fortele axiale care apar în semifabricat, solicitarea axiala a bucsei de ghidare si de sustinere.
