Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a unui unguent antiacneic cu propionat de eritromicina, care în scopul realizarii unei actiuni antiinflamatoare, antiseptice si sicative prepara întîi hidrogelul de carboximetilceluloza sodica 10% peste care adauga în mici portiuni stearatul de trietanolamina raportul de asociere fiind de 70:30 iar separat se omogenizeaza pulberea de propionat de eritromicina cu camforul se adauga treptat oxidul de zinc iar peste amestecul omogen se adauga treptat oxidul de zinc iar peste amestecul omogen se adauga în portiuni romazulanul pîna se obtine o pasta omogena care se adauga în baza.
