Inventia se refera la un procedeu si instalatie de recuperare a caldurii si prafului, de la instalatiile de macinare cu transport pneumatic, destinat producerii de substante nemetalifere macinate fin. Instalatia, conform inventiei asigura reducerea consumului de energie termica si energie necesara instalatiilor de desprafuire prin carcasarea utilajelor care degaja caldura si praf si recircularea gazelor refulate de instalatia de macinare, care, dupa circularea lor, prin interiorul carcaselor, preiau caldura si praful fiind apoi reintroduse în moara.The invention relates to a process and apparatus for recovering heat and dust, from pneumatic milling installations, for the production of finely ground non-metallic substances. According to the invention, the installation provides the reduction of the heat consumption and the energy required for the dust removal installations by the carcassing of the heat and dust emitting equipment and the recirculation of the gases discharged by the grinding plant, which after their circulation through the carcasses take up the heat and the dust is then reintroduced in the mill.
