Inventia se refera la o masina pentru încercat la oboseala, pe epruvete din oteluri de rulmenti sau roti dintate. Masina, conform inventiei, foloseste contactul punctiform realizat între o epruveta cu canal, de forma circulara, si patru role bombate, cu raza de curbura stabilita dupa criteriile aplicate în constructia de rulmenti. Centrarea rolelor pe calea de rulare a inelului epruveta este impusa de deplasarea libera pe directie axiala a acestora, iar turatia inelului epruveta se poate regla la valori în limitele de functionale ale masinii. Masina poate fi aplicata în laboratoarele uzinale pentru încercarea otelurilor de rulmenti, roti dintate, came, cît si pentru încercarea rulmentilor radiali.The invention relates to a machine for fatigue testing, to bearings of steel bearings or toothed wheels. According to the invention, the machine utilizes point-to-point contact between a circular-shaped canal specimen and four bullet-shaped rollers, with the radius of curvature determined according to the criteria applied in the bearings construction. The centering of the rollers on the runway of the specimen ring is imposed by the free movement on their axial direction and the speed of the sample ring can be adjusted to the functional limits of the machine. The machine can be applied in the workshops to test roller bearings, gears, cams and radial bearings.
