Abstract
Agregatul de închegare-preparare a brînzei din lapte conform inventiei, este constituit dintr-o cuva de coagulare solidarizata, în continuare, cu o cuva de presare în doua trepte, de tip uzual, si care are nivelul fundului coborît fata de cel al cuvei de coagulare, avansul materialului în proces, în timpul coagularii, realizîndu-se prin iontermediul unui transportor cu raclete de viteza reglabila, iar în timpul presarii pe o banda transportoare , ambele antrenate mecanic. în scopul asigurarii functionarii agregatului în flux continuu în conditii optimizate, el cuprinde niste reductoare antivibratii de antrenare, iar în peretii laterali ai cuvei de presare sînt prevazute niste orificii de scurgere în dreptul ambelor benzi de preparare a calupurilor de brînza transportate continuu prin cuva de presare, pentru colectarea în vederea recircularii zerului si cheagului excedentar.
