Abstract
Procedeul de prelucrare a concentratelor de pirite aurifere, conform inventiei, prin topire în suspensie cu fondanti de zgurificare, rezultând o mata feroasa ce colecteaza metalele mobile de cupru în proportie de 95...98% si care fie ca se preamesteca cu alte mate pentru convertizare si obtinerea cuprului brut, fie ca se raceste lent si se macina la finetea necesara, pentru extragerea metalelor nobile prin cianurare, în scopul obtinerii unor randamente ridicate de recuperare a cuprului si respectiv metalelor nobile, efectueaza topirea în suspensie a concentratelor de pirita aurifera fara amestecarea prealabila cu alte concentrate de metale neferoase si eventuala racire cu 30...35 degree C/h la 800 degree C a matei evacuate din cuptorul de topire în suspensie, urmata de racirea cu apa si de macinarea la finetea de 0,074 mm în proportie de 92...95% în vederea cianurarii.
