Abstract
Procedeul de extractie al uraniului din suspensii minerale prin schimb ionic conform inventiei, prin introducerea suspensiei minerale alcaline cu un continut de 0,65 g/l U, cu un debit de 5...10 ori volumul masei de schimbator în curent ascendent într-un sistem de coloane umplute cu VIONIT ATH fin granulata si eluarea uraniului retinut cu o solutie de NaCl 100 g/l si Na2CO3 10g/l, alimentata în curent descendent cu un debit de 10 l/h în scopul prelucrarii suspensiei minerale cu un continut de 15...30% solide cu granulatia sub 0,2 mm prevede introducerea rasinei schimbatoare de ioni în sistemul de coloane protejate în sfere din sita cu ochiuri de 0,6/0,6 mm confectionate din otel inoxidabil, umplute în proportie de 80% cu rasina schimbatoare de ioni. Instalatia pentru aplicarea procedeului, conform inventiei, cuprinzând o baterie de trei coloane umplute cu rasina schimbatoare de ioni, prevazute cu un sistem de legaturi între ele care permit schimbarea ordinei de alimentare a suspensiei minerale uranifere cât si scoaterea succesiva din circuit a fiecarei coloane în vederea spalarii cu apa si a eluarii conform unui ciclu prestabilit, în scopul sustinerii masei de schimbatori ioni si a dispersarii uniforme a curentului ascendent de suspensie uranifera, fiecare din coloanele bateriei este prevazuta la partea inferioara cu niste gratare cu dimensiunea spatiilor goale patrate cu latura de 4 cm.
