Abstract

Procedeu de combinare a unui amestec de cauciuc pe valturile unui masticator, racit în interior în zona sa de amestecare. Procedeul include optimizarea debitului la care cresterile urmatoare reduc doar neglijabil diferenta dintre temperatura amestecului de cauciuc si temperatura constanta a apei de racire. în continuare se ridica temperatura apei de racire la debit constant, combinând amestecul la o temperatura inferioara limitei de pulverizare a acestuia. Procedeul se aplica în industria de prelucrare a cauciucului.
