Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un produs sub forma de unguent continând colagen si un hormon oestrogenic si este indicat si în tratamentul vaginitelor distrofice de menopauza. Hormonul are actiune directa asupra mucoasei vaginale, permitând bacililorDoderlein sa devina flora dominanta antagonista pentru alti germeni. Colagenul are o actiune de regenerare rapida a mucoasei vaginale producând dezvolatrea normala a mucoasei. Tratamentul se administreaza prin aplicatii zilnice pâna la ameliorarea s imptomelor subiective si obiective, urmat de o administrare bisaptamânala.
