Abstract
Inventia se refera la o mutanta de Escherichia coli ICCF-1 care este o tulpina producatoare de penicilinacilaza, pe mediile de cultura prezinta bacili scurti si mai grosi, coloniile sunt de forme variate, usor convexe, margine neregulata, slb lucioase spre mat cu pH=6,5...7,2 optim pentru biosinteza. Se obtine din tulpina de Escherichia coli ATCC-9637 prin actiunea mutagena a radiatiilor gama si a iradierii cu neutroni rapizi. Activitatea enzimatica este de 0,1...0,5 u/ml.
