Inventia se refera la un procedeu de formare-turnare a rotilor de rulare destinat mecanizarii acestor operatii în turnatorii. Procedeul de formare-turnare a rotilor de rulare, conform inventiei utilizeaza doua suprafete de separatie, o suprafata comuna pentru forma si pentru partea inferioara a modelului situata la un nivel superior obadei rotii de rulare si o alta suprafata de separatie situata la un nivel inferior suprafetei superioare a obadei rotii precum si niste maselote oarbe de turnare, fara adaos tehnologic situate pe suprafata superioara a obadei.
