Procedeu de obtinere a unui adeziv anaerob pe baza de metacrilati de polietilenglicol, consta în faptul ca în scopul obtinerii se supune reactiei de polimerizare un amestec de mono si diesteri metacrilici ai mono-, di-, tri- si tetraetilenglicolului, la care se adauga un amestec sinergetic si anume fenotiazona-difenilamina în concentratie de 0,2% fata de amestecul total, dupa care se adauga o cantitate de 1...10% dimetilacrilat de monetilenglicol în prezenta unei cantitati de 3...10%, de preferinta 5% fata de amestecul total de solutie 80% hidroperoxid de cumen si în prezenta unei cantitati de 0,1...1,5%, de preferinta 1% fata de amestecul total de reactie de sulfimida benzoica drept accelerator, iar, în final, se adauga drept agent de îngrosare perle de polimetacrilat de butil cu grad mediu de polimerizare 2000, în cantitate de 8...15%.The process for obtaining an anaerobic adhesive based on polyethylene glycol methacrylates consists in the fact that in order to obtain the polymerization reaction a mixture of mono- and di-, tri- and tetraethyleneglycol methacrylic monoesters and diesters are added, to which is added a a synergistic mixture, namely phenotiazone diphenylamine in a concentration of 0.2% relative to the total mixture, after which a quantity of 1 ... 10% of dimethylacrylate dimethylacrylate is added in the presence of 3 ... 10%, preferably 5 % relative to the total mixture of 80% cumene hydroperoxide solution and in the presence of 0.1 ... 1.5%, preferably 1%, relative to the total reaction mixture of benzoic sulphimide as an accelerator, and finally, as a thickening agent, butylated polymethacrylate beads with an average degree of polymerisation of 2000, in the amount of 8 ... 15%.
