Abstract
Dispozitivul pentru realizarea peliculei (filmului) de lichid pe peretii interiori ai tevilor se poate folosi la echiparea aparatelor de absorbtie, evaporatoarelor si reactoarelor în film, unde se impune obtinerea unei pelicule de lichid de grosime constanta repartizata uniform pe întreg conturul tevii, prin lichidul curge printr-o fanta ce se gaseste amplasata pe un profil de dirijare care, sub efectul Coanda, imprima lichidului o miscare care determina mentinerea peliculei excluzînd posibilitatea desprinderii sau ruperii ei. Dispozitivul se caracterizeaza prin aceea ca permite reglarea grosimii peliculei (filmului) de lichid functie de necesitatile procesului tehnologic si a reactiilor ce au loc în utilaj, prin marirea sau micsorarea fantei de curgere a fluidului pe profilul de dirijare.The device for making the film (s) of liquid on the inner walls of the pipes can be used to equip absorbers, evaporators and reactors in the film, where it is necessary to obtain a film of constant thickness uniformly distributed throughout the contour of the pipe through the liquid flowing through a slit located on a guiding profile which, under the effect of Coanda, imparts to the liquid a motion that causes the film to be maintained, excluding the possibility of its detachment or rupture.
