Abstract

Propunerea de inventie se refera la stabilirea unui domeniu în sistemul SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO pentru obtinerea maselor de tip faianta. Pentru realizarea acestor mase se folosesc în afara de materii prime traditionale, serpentinul si roca perlitica neexpandabila. Retetele de masa prin caracteristicile fizico-mecanice în stare cruda si arsa conduc la reducerea pierderilor tehnologice. De asemenea impun un tratament termic la temperaturi mai joase decît cele practicate în prezent pentru faianta traditionala, ceea ce conduce la o reducere a consumului de combustibil. Retetele se pot aplica pe actualele linii de fabricatie din întreprinderile sectorului de ceramica fina de constructii.The invention proposes the establishment of a SiO2-Al2O3-CaO-MgO system in order to obtain the tile masses.
