Abstract

Obiectul inventiei este o instalatie cu ajutorul careia particulele solide sau materialul granulat sînt separate din fluxul de fluid într-o stare de puritate si cu fluidul rezidual minim. De asemenea, instalatia face posibila o calibrare primara a particulelor separate sau a granulelor. Structura de baza a instalatiei consta, în mare dintr-un racord în furca, în care furca este conectata la o camera în care energia cinetica a fluidului descrestere datorita coliziunii celor doua jeturi din racordul în furca. Curgerea mai departe a fluidului continînd particule solide sau granule, trece printr-o camera ce are guri de evacuare la baza în care sînt plasate deflectoare, la un unghi de preferinta de 45 degree . sub aceste guri de evacuare sînt rezervoare pentru depoziotarea materialului solid separat care fiind mai greu este situat în structurile inferioare ale fluxului de fluid într-o concentratie densa si care este dirijat în rezervoarele de înmagazinare cu ajutorul deflectoarelor.
