Abstract
Inventia se refera la o compozitie si un procedeu de obtinere a unui învelis de drajefiere elastic în strat subtire care reduce cu circa 50% greutatea cusei de drajefiere obtinuta prin drajefierea clasica. Procedeul consta în aplicarea pe nuclee realizate pe pensoane adînc bombate sau cu doua raze de curbura a unui învelis de drajefiere elastic care contine talc 10....15%carbonat de calciu 4...8%, bioxid de titan 1....3% agenti de polizare respectiv pigmenti, plastifianti PEG 6000/0,40....0,90% divinilpirolidona 1....5% ca generator de film, cu sau fara agenti de hidrofobizare; aerosil 2....3%, avicel 1.....3% în sirop de zahar 60....80%.Drajefierea poate fi realizata în flux continuu în turbine de drajefiere prevazute cu instalatiile de uscare aer cald rece, aflate curent în dotarea industriei noastre de medicamente.
