Abstract
Inventia se refera la un test triere a lactat dehidrogenazei serice, care utilizeaza un substrat inclus în geloza constituind un kit conform formulei Agard Noble Difco 0,7 g, Dl lactat de Na 1,12 g, fosfat disodic anhidru 1,487 g, fosfat monopotasic0,2722 g, azide de sodiu 0,10 g, cianura de sodiu 50 mg, apa distilata 100 ml, care se distribuie în cutii din material plastic si un reactiv de vizualizare format din NBT 10 mg, NAD 6 mg, fosfat de sodiu 0,1487 g, fosfat monopotasic, 0,0272 g, apadi stilata 10 ml, PMS 2 cristale, care se aplica pe suprafata gelozei continînd substratul în momentul efectuarii testului, dupa care se aplica hîrtii de filtru îmbinate în serul de corectat, dupa 60' pe suprafata gelului, în cazul probelor patologice apare o corelatie intensa albastru-violet.
