Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu si un dispozitiv de protectie a partilor metalice, în cursul procesului de metalizare chimica si, în special, de nichelare, aplicate în instalatiile pentru metalizare chimica. procedeul conform inventiei, prevede folosirea unui curent electric care circula între partile metalice supuse protectiei si un electrod de referinta care este imersat în solutia de metalizare, curentul fiind asigurat de o sursa de impulsuri de tensiune unipolara cu intervale zero de amplitudine ce depaseste potentialul selectat dintre valorile de prepasivare ale curbei de polarizare a metalului respectiv, impulsurile de tensiune fiind întrerupte cînd potentialul între electrodul de referinta si partile metalice masurat în timpul intervalelor de zero, depaseste o anumita valoare prescrisa în sirul de prepasivare, impulsurile de tensiune fiind aplicate ori de cîte ori potentialul devine mai mic ca valoare prescrisa în domeniul pasiv al curbei de polarizare.
