Abstract
Procedeul pentru conversatia catalitica în mai multe faze a unor materii prime pe baza de hidrocarburi cu puncte de fierbereîn intervalul titeiului, prin amestecarea cu hidrogen a hidrocarburilor care formeaza materia prima, la un raport molar hidrogen:hidrocarburi cuprins între 0,5 :1 si 10 : 1, dupa care amestecul astfel format este încalzit si apoi este trecut în serie prin mai multe zone de reactie catalitica, ca de exemplu prin trei sau patru zone de reactie efluentul de produs reactie din fiecare zona fiind încalzit înainte de introducerea în urmatoarea zona de reactie, iar efluentul din ultima zona de reactie fiind separata într-o faza de produs normal sichid si o faza de vapori bogata în hidrogen din care cel putin o parte este recirculata la prima zona de reactie fiind mai întîi amestecata cu materia prima pe baza de hidrocarburi, iar amestecul astfel format fiind preîncalzit prin schimb de caldura cu efluentul din ultima zona de reactie ......
