Abstract
Inventia se refera la un procedeu si instalatie pentru obtinerea pe cale uscata a concentratelor de titano-magnetit iemenit si rutil si puritate avansata la prelucrarea concentratelor colective de minerale grele aluvionare destinate industriei chimico-metalurgica. Procedeul si instalatia conform inventiei, în scopul separarii concentratelor colective de minerale grele care sunt obtinute diferentiat sau într-un singur concentrat colectiv care contine toate mineralele grele consta în uscarea si încalzirea materialului la o temperatura de peste 150 degree C, apoi o separare electrica la înalta tensiune formînd un circuit primar de îmbogatire si curatire în urma caruia se obtine un produs conducator si un produs neconducator la o temperatura de circa 80 degree C urmata de o separare electrostatica, realizata la o temperatura de 40...60 degree C, iar pentru obtinerea produselor finale utilizîndu-se operatiuni clasice de separare magnetica, iar fiecare linie tehnologica are un uscator rotativ, niste separatori cu role pentru circuitele de îmbogatire si curatire, niste separatori cu placa si niste separatori magnetici.The invention relates to a process and apparatus for obtaining dried titanium-magnesium titanium-manganite concentrate and rutile concentrate and advanced purity to the processing of collective alluvial mineral concentrates for the chemical-metallurgical industry.
