Abstract
Prezenta inventie se refera la un torcret antitermic si antieroziv si la procedeul de preparare si aplicare a straturilor izolante, special utilizate în generatoare si reactoare. Torcretul este constituit dintr-un amestec de caolin 28,5%samota praf 59,5% fluorsilicat de sodiu 2,00% silicat de sodiu pîna la obtinerea amestecului sub forma de pasta. Procedeul de aplicare a torcreatuluim într-o prima faza consta în faptul ca pe suprafata ce urmeaza a fi izolata se fixeaza niste suporturi prevazutecu cleme si degajari, dupa care în alta faza între rosturile de dilatare ale suporturilor în plan vertical se realizeaza o izolare prin placi metalice, legate de alte placi metalice, turnarea torcretului facîndu-se prin degajarile suporturilor fixate pe suprafata metalica.The present invention relates to an antitermal and anti-erosive handpiece and to the process for the preparation and application of insulating layers, especially used in generators and reactors.
